A 1920s Apartment Decorated in Blue and Green Tones
This beautiful two-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a 1920s building in the Vasastan area of Stockholm. The 88-square-meter apartment features beautiful period elements, including high ceilings with stucco, joinery, sliding doors, and a fireplace.
The entire apartment (except the bathroom) features a classic herringbone parquet floor, giving the home a harmonious, stylish look. The apartment has a long floor plan, with a living room on the street side, the master bedroom at the back, and the kitchen in the center. A balcony can be accessed via both bedrooms.

We start the tour in the living room. It is a nice and light space with light-colored walls and green color accents in the rug, one of the sofas, and the plants.

To keep an open flow from the kitchen space toward the dining area in the living room, the sofas are placed opposite each other, which gives the room a nice open feeling.

The wooden Fly sofa by & tradition features built-in side tables.

Bookshelves are fitted on either side of the sliding doors leading to the kitchen. On the right, they included a desk space.

The kitchen is located in the center of the apartment, connecting the hall, the living room, and the master bedroom.

The room has no windows, but it does have a nice skylight that brings in extra light.

The stylish kitchen is designed in a gray-and-blue color scheme, matching the fireplace’s colors. Classic light gray cabinets are topped with marble.

The master bedroom is very spacious and thanks to the L-shape, it has room for a home office or a sitting area.

The room is painted in a calming green hue, and glass doors open toward the apartment’s balcony.

The charming balcony with views over the rooftops can be accessed from both bedrooms.

The master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in wardrobe with drawers and hanging rods.

The second bedroom is painted in a calming beige-pink hue. It has glass doors to the balcony, an inner window toward the master bedroom, a built-in wardrobe, and an original serving cabinet.

The stylish bathroom pairs gray-green walls with fresh white tiles. The curtain next to the sink hides the washing machine.

The hall features small storage baskets from Norrgavel by the front door. Further on is a niche with a hat rack that features coat hooks.
The apartment was listed for sale at Tradition.
