In the heart of Tulum’s rapidly evolving creative landscape, Terreo Studio has crafted a residential experience that feels both timeless and distinctly of its place.
La Calera, a collection of five intimate houses, reimagines Mediterranean and colonial influences through the lens of the Yucatán Peninsula’s natural and cultural richness.
Robust architectural volumes, arched corridors, and serene private patios define a complex that seems to rise organically from its surroundings.
Each residence draws from a refined palette of local materials, including Chukum, Crema Maya marble, and richly grained tropical woods. The result is architecture that feels warm, tactile, and deeply restful, enveloping guests in spaces shaped by craftsmanship and nature.
At the center of this design narrative stands Casa Palma, a three-bedroom award-winning architectural statement that embodies the project’s ethos of contemporary serenity.
The villa blends boutique hotel luxuries with the intimacy of a private home. It is an urban oasis where carefully curated details invite both retreat and inspiration.
Spanning 300 square meters, Casa Palma’s interiors are sculpted with natural stone, brass accents, and custom-made furnishings. Light diffuses softly across textured surfaces, while handcrafted lamps and curated artworks add a sense of soul and story.
The fully equipped kitchen extends the villa’s hospitality-forward design with a Nespresso machine, modern appliances, and everything needed for leisurely breakfasts or private chef–prepared dinners.
Each of the three spacious bedrooms is anchored by a king-size bed, dressed in luxurious linens and complemented by 43-inch televisions and thoughtful amenities.
The bathrooms are defined by designer fixtures, generous bathtubs, and premium organic toiletries, creating spa-like spaces for indulgence and relaxation.
Towering palms rise through the central patio, blurring the boundaries between structure and landscape and reinforcing the villa’s connection to Tulum’s tropical rhythm.
Ascending to the rooftop reveals one of Casa Palma’s most distinctive features: a private pool overlooking Tulum’s lush horizon. Whether for sunrise dips or evening stargazing, this secluded retreat embodies the essence of tropical living.
