You enter the 684-square-foot home in a spacious hallway connecting all the rooms in the apartment. The rooms are painted in soft color tones by Farrow & Ball and Little Greene, paired with the occasional bold color pop, like an orange sofa or a cobalt blue chair.

By entering the living room, you are immediately drawn toward the huge sash windows in three directions. The windows flood the space with soft natural light, and the views of the 19th century buildings in the area also add a sense of character and space.

The kitchen lies next to the living room, and this room also features a large sash window, adding Victorian period character to the space. The room is fitted with two rows of cabinetry, one wider and one narrower. The white cabinets are paired with quartz and walnut countertops.
