Away from the crowds and situated on a cobbled hill in Stockholm you will find this charming apartment with two bedrooms and original features. The apartment was built between the 1870s and 1880s and retains much of its original charm with a tiled fireplace, original floorboards, and a cozy cobbled courtyard garden.

Big windows with deep window sills flood the rooms in the apartment with light. It has a nice flowing floorplan with the living room and ktichen situated next to each other and two bedrooms facing the courtyard.

The living room is a charming space with big windows facing the steet, original whitewashed floorboards, and a historic fireplace in the corner.

The walls in the living room are painted in ‘Tofu’ by Alcro, a beige shade which makes the original ceiling stucco stand out.

By placing the sofa in the center of the room, the owners created space for a home office.

The kitchen is the heart of the home with classic cabinets paired with Carrera marble worktops. A round table with chairs and a large wooden bench sit in the center which makes it a lovely social space.

The hallway features an IKEA Ivar cabinet paired with a brown and white checkerboard floor.

The apartment has two bedrooms, the smallest room has walls with handpainted yellow hearts which is inspired by a wallpaper from the 1950s. This room also gives access to the courtyard patio.
