A Light Pastel Yellow and Pink Apartment in Stockholm
Very soft yellow seems to be having a moment, and today, I want to share this Stockholm apartment with a lovely light yellow living room. The 93 square meter apartment with high ceilings and large, airy social rooms is located in a building from the 1880s and features a pink and yellow color scheme.
The beautiful and solid original character is nicely harmonized with the modern, tasteful interiors and especially the living room is a magnificent space with arched walls and large windows in two directions.

I immediately feel a sense of calm when I see this octagonal living room painted in a soft yellow hue.
The large rug with pink tones adds a cozy element to the sparsely decorated space.
A lovely, light wooden floor adds a subtle natural element to the space.
Large windows flood the room with light, and thanks to the high position of the apartment you have a wonderful view in multiple directions.
Double wooden doors separate the living room from the spacious kitchen. with the doors open, it creates a beautiful social living space.
The kitchen makes the most of the high ceilings with a double row of upper cabinets. In the center, there is plenty of space for a large dinner table.
The master bedroom is a wonderfully serene space, with walls and ceiling painted in a calm beige shade.
The children’s room has a solid built-in loft bed with storage. The loft is used for sleeping, so the lower part is freed up to form a cozy play corner. The three arches also provide plenty of space for the imagination.
The pink and yellow color scheme is very cheerful.
The bathroom was recently renovated, featuring matte granite ceramics in a warm earthy color, Norrvange Ivory tiles from Bricmate, a mirror from Haven, spacious storage in a mirror cabinet, and a chest of drawers from VOLA.
