A Light Two Bedroom Apartment in Gothenburg
On the third floor of a historic apartment building in Gothenburg lies this beautiful two-bedroom apartment with light rooms and stylish design. The 61 square meter apartment has a nice flow, with the living room and master bedroom next to each other, divided by double wooden doors.
The kitchen was recently renovated. It has white cabinets that pair well with the original wooden floorboards and a cozy breakfast nook in front of the window. The apartment is decorated by the talented JosefssonLjung, who often style Scandinavian homes that are listed for sale. The light base of white walls and light wooden floor is paired with stylish Scandinavian furniture.
Two large windows flood the living room with light. The white walls are paired with wood and light earth tones that add a warm element to the space.
The apartment has an open layout, there are no doors between the living room and the hall on the left and the kitchen straight ahead.
The bedroom is cleverly divided into two areas wth the help of a patterned curtain. On one side is the bed and on the other side of the curtain they created a home office.
The renovated kitchen has classic white cabinets paired with a solid oak worktop.
The space in front of the window is a perfect spot for a kitchen table. The deep window niche provides extra seating space.
The second bedroom is a small room, I love how they dared to go dark in this room with dark gray painted walls and ceiling.
The hallway is decorated in the William Morris ‘Honeysuckle and Tulip’ wallpaper in gray blue. There are wall mounted storage boxes and there is a niche for hanging coats and storing shoes.
