The kitchen is tucked on the other side of the apartment. It has a more traditional feel with terracotta flooring, profiled doors, and marble counters. Light flows into the space from the large windows in the attached hall.

While most of the home uses light, neutral colors, the children’s room is the exception. Colorful stripes adorn the walls (“Colours of Arley” wallpaper), paired with a sage-green bunk bed.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The family bathroom features a playful beige-and-green tile pattern, plus brass fittings and a combined bath and shower.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and an enclosed marquise area.

Both new bathrooms feature Coalbrook sanitary with Maora ceramic tiles from Valencia.
