A Colorful Modern Townhouse in Malmö

In Sweden’s most southern city Malmö stands a row of six townhouses called “Packhusen”. These well-known townhouses were built in the early 2000s and one of them is now up for sale.

This Swedish townhouse was completely renovated in 2021, and it’s now a unique and colorful family home. The 142 square meter house has a wonderful floor plan. Each room on the ground floor is decorated in its own color palette, and there is a natural flow between the rooms.

The first floor can be reached on two side of the house. On one side is the master bedroom with built in wardrobes. One the above picture you can see the roof terrace that connects the bedrooms on the first floor.

In the bathroom, natural colors have been paired with white square tiles. Green floor tiles lie on the floor while the ceiling is painted in a soft blue shade.
