A Creative Home in a Former Carpentry Workshop

On a quiet courtyard in Malmö lies this former carpentry workshop that has been converted into a home with atelier. On the ground floor there’s a large workspace with white painted brick walls that also includes a guest bedroom.

The large windows give a beautiful view over the green courtyard and I can imagine you’ll almost forget you’re in the city. Upstairs there’s a living and dining space with warm wooden floor and wooden ceiling.

The bedroom is the perfect definition of serene, minimalistic design. It is decorated entirely in white and natural tones and it even has a hammock for an even more relaxed atmosphere. Isn’t it wonderful when old buildings are being converted in such a lovely way?
