Blue Tones and Exposed Brick in a Tribeca Loft
Ashlie Broderic of Broderic Design has created a hip loft for two young professionals in Tribeca, New York. The former caviar warehouse was in good condition when the owners bought it, but the previous owner liked minimalistic design so it was one big white box.
Ashlie decided to uncover the brick wall which gives the living space a typical loft look. The owners wanted a warm and masculine look for their loft so Ashlie opted for lots of blue tones and wooden details (those beams are just wonderful). This space is a wonderful example of a modern, young loft apartment.
