IKEA Spring Collection 2025: Colorful Textiles, Clean Designs & Home Refresh Ideas

The new year is almost starting and it’s time to look forward to Spring with the new IKEA spring collection filled with colorful textiles to spruce up your bedroom, new items with typical Scandinavian clean lines, and plenty of ideas to refresh your home for spring – on a budget.

An easy and affordable way to give a new look to any interior space is by changing the textiles, whether it’s new pillowcases, bedding, a new rug, or curtains. You will find colorful, creative, and comfortable textiles in the new collection. With new pillowcases, throws, and bed linen. ‘What inspired me the most are colors! You can make them harmonize or make them pop! Sometimes you find a lovely mix where all tones are like best friends. IKEA is launching a new table and pendant lamp. The BÄCKNATE lamps have sculptural forms and look great in any room.

Storage is extremely important in a bedroom and is there’s one thing that IKEA is good at, it’s designing storage solutions for big and small rooms. The RIGGA clothing rack is paired with the new PURRPINLA hanging storage solutions and dark gray/beige KUGGIS boxes.

The new oak veneer DVÄRSYREN mirrors come in different sizes.

The easiest way to create a fresh new bedroom look is by changing your textiles. The bedroom space is decorated with the new SVALSTÄRTAR duvet cover, GAFFELFIBBLA and GAFFELBRÄKEN cushion covers. On the side table stands the new SPETSBOJ table lamp.

The new OLIVSPINNMAL throw hangs over the new red GÄVLE chair which also comes in gray.

The SPETSBOJ tamble lamp has a shade that doubles as a dimmer. Turn it to the right for more light, turn it left for less.

With clean lines and timeless aesthetics, this cabinet fits many interior styles. It has neat storage behind closed doors – and open shelves in contrasting wood accents that make your beloved items shine. Versatile cabinet that fits in different parts of the home, such as the living room, dining room or hall.

LÅDMAKARE is a new product in the IKEA family with a Scandinavian modern look with versatile functionality with both closed and open storage. With its simple, timeless design, light shelving aesthetics, and rich dimensions it helps to utilize the space to the fullest.

You decide how wide you wish to have it, but thanks to the single side wall construction you really don’t loose a single centimeter, which can be priceless in a small space.

The new ZEBRASÄv pendant lights have a supersimple design but with a twist. The wave that rolls around the shade makes all the difference. It’s humble and understated but with that typical IKEA twinkle in the eye.

The GLAMBERGET series is smart, space-saving and multifunctional furniture – which can be used individually or together. The wardrobe opens from two sides and is perfect for placing in the middle of the room as a divider. Perfect for folded as well as long and short hanging garments.

The space at the bottom is ideal for shoes – or why not a vacuum cleaner? Adjustable shelves make it easy to adapt the space to your needs. The height makes it easy to use the top for storage – and lets light into the room. The clothes rail on the outside is adjustable so you can place the wardrobe close to the wall.

The beige GLAMBERGET folding screen is perfect if you want to create a private nook, for example in a studio apartment. The light beige textiles adds a calm atmosphere.

The SMÅSKRAKE children chair and desk add a colorful touch to your children’s room with a little vintage vibe.

There is something special about handwoven rugs. Made of wool, with patterns inspired by different parts of Sweden. Every IKEA rug is made by hand by experienced craftsmen using their special weaving technique where the natural materials with different textures, patterns and colors create an authentic feel. 

‘When the sun is setting on the west coast of Sweden, everything turns golden. The sea, the sand, even the grass seems to change from green to orange gold. The KLAPPERSTARR rug is like a snapshot of all that woven into a rug. It’s a piece of the Swedish coastline ready to roll out anywhere in the world.’

The HÄNGBÖRK Collection

The HÄNGBÖRK collection consists of ten products created from partially recycled glass. The products include vases, tealight holders, candlesticks and candle holders for block candles.

The products are made from at least 50 percent recycled glass and the colors are green and brown. Skilled glassblowers have turned the glass into unique little works of art with different shapes, tones and fine bubbles – mix and match as you like!

‘During the work with the HÄNGBÖRK collection, I had the opportunity to learn more about recycled glass and understand the possibilities and limitations of the material, says Wiebke Braasch, designer. The beauty of the green and brown glass found in ordinary bottles inspired me during the design process.

I have strived to maintain simplicity, but chose shapes that celebrate the different shades and charming bubbles of the recycled glass. The products are mouth-blown and the technology creates and emphasizes the feeling of movement in the recycled glass.’
