Aren’t we all dreaming of a luxurious master suite? While I was looking at this beautiful London home designed by all&nxthing I came across another project of theirs, this master suite in London.
The master suite was built in a 1790s townhouse in London. Because the house is a Grade II listed building, special permission had to given to remove the wall between the bedroom and the second bathroom to create this ensuite.
Now the master suite is 400sq. feet big with a spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a large bathroom.
The bathroom has an unusual but beautiful layout. The shower is placed in the center of the room with glass walls to keep that spacious feeling.
A round bath is placed under the window for the perfect relaxing spot. The bath sits on a a Carrara marble slab which is cut into the oak parquet.
The bathroom has Georgian-style wood paneling and nude plaster walls for a soft historic look.
More beautiful soft color tones in the bedroom for a calm, natural look. The bedroom is furnished with antique furniture and has a beautiful original fireplace.
Isn’t this space absolutely beautiful? The renovation has been done with such care for the historic building, it truly fits with the rest of the house.
