A Small Scandinavian Loft With Industrial Touches
A great loft apartment for you today where raw industrial touches are combined with high quality and soft materials. This loft is part of a newly built apartment complex in Gothenburg and like many Scandinavian homes there’s great attention for detail and material quality. What I love most about this home is the combination of soft and hard.
The concrete walls are of course a very defining part of this loft, but it has been combined with warm oak flooring and soft colors and materials in the decor. For a little extra industrial vibe they also used a lot of black, the black kitchen is of course the most visible but also the light fixtures, window frames and other details are in black to give it that edgy look.
The shape of the living area is slightly awkard but I think they designed it well with the large fluffy rug to create that divide between kitchen and sitting area. This small industrial loft is Scandinavian design at its best.
