A Swedish Apartment with an Exposed Brick Wall
On the third floor of a 19th building lies this wonderfully renovated apartment. The 54-square-meter home features beautiful wooden doors and an exposed brick wall in the living room.
The light apartment has beautiful rooms with high ceilings and large windows. Recently, the home has been renovated, and it now features its original wooden floor and stucco.
There is a natural flow between the rooms, with a living room in the center which is flanked by the kitchen on one side and the bedroom on the other. The home is decorated in a calm color scheme with light colors combined with dark gray, brown, and green tones.

The combined sitting and dining room is a lovely light space. A large textured rug defines the seating area, featuring a warm brown sofa and a comfortable armchair.
The exposed brick wall adds character to the living room.
A wooden folding dining table is flanked by Scandinavian design chairs.
The well-planned kitchen can be accessed through the hallway and the living room. The light gray cabinets with brass handles are topped with walnut veneer worktops.
The owners took full advantage of the ceiling height in the kitchen by adding double upper cabinets for extra storage.
Beautiful exposed wooden doors lead you to the bedroom.
The walls in the bedroom are painted in a beautiful dark gray/blue tone that highlights the room’s original features.
One side of the room is completely fitted with built-in wardrobes.
