A Unique Vintage Home in a 19th-Century London Print Shop
There is so much to see in this home that I hardly know where to start describing it. But let’s start with the basics, this is a 19th-century print shop in Hoxton Square, London that is now transformed into an open-plan home arranged across 5 floors.
The person who owns this is obviously a collector of vintage items from statues to vintage furnishings but also the building itself is a vintage dream. You’ll find the original wooden floor and beams, high celings and floor-to-celing sash windows.
I love such deeply personal homes, with all the books, art (presumambly also by the owner because there’s an art studio in the home) and all the unique furnishings you can see this home was much loved (though I must admit I’m not a huge fan of taxidermy, there’s a lot in this home).
This beautiful house is now for sale through The Modern House and anyone who can call this gem their new home is a lucky person.
