Captains Rest: A Vintage Cottage on Tasmania’s West Coast
Ohh.. I have such a lovely cottage for you today! Sailer Sarah Andrews found and restored this cottage in Lettes Bay on Tasmania’s West Coast.
Overlooking the water, it’s a perfect serene hideaway filled with cozy corners and vintage objects. The cottage is mainly wood from the inside, which immediately gives it a warm atmosphere. It’s decorated in neutral tones with the occasional green and mustard touch.
It’s a simple cottage, but because it’s decorated so beautifully, it looks like the perfect place to unwind from daily life. The good news is that you can also because when Sarah isn’t in the cottage herself, she rents it out on the Captain’s Rest website for all of us to enjoy. Fancy a trip to Tasmania?
