The apartment was fully renovated in 2026, adding period-style herringbone parquet in the hall, kitchen, and bedroom to match the original flooring in the living room, as well as an updated kitchen and a fresh layer of paint in every room.
The entire 51-square-meter apartment is painted in a cohesive color palette, using warm yet neutral hues that blend beautifully with original period elements.
The living room is a cozy space painted in the “Malmö” yellow shade by Jotun.
A large window, typical of apartments built during this period, floods the space with light, enhancing the sunny vibe of the yellow-hued walls.

The entire kitchen was renovated in 2026. The original Marbodal cabinets were spruced up with light yellow lacquered doors and wooden details, topped with an exclusive Jura Limestone countertop.
