Emma Stone’s Colorful Spanish-Style Los Angeles Home is For Sale
Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone, who won a Golden Globe for her work in Poor Things last week, is selling her Spanish-style Los Angeles home. The 1920s Spanish-style home is located in the popular Comstock Hills area of Westwood and features four bedrooms and a separate guest house.
The historic home that was built in 1926 was renovated by Emma Stone after she bought it in 2019. During the renovations, she also added a new guest house to the property. The house showcases some lovely features, such as ceiling beams, a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen, and a lovely garden.
Emma kept the base of the house fairly neutral-colored with wooden floors and light-colored walls. But in every room, she added a colorful element, from colorful sofas to the colorful wallpaper in the bathroom and the sage green front door.
Pink, blue, and green must be Emma’s favorite colors because you see them everywhere in her house. The living room features pink and blue sofas and cushions, but the ceiling is also special because between the wooden beams she added green wallpaper.
The open-plan kitchen has a seating area with another colorful sofa. This room also opens up to the backyard.
The kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, and during the renovation, it was extended. Of course, no room would be complete without a color pop, and here they opted for a vibrant blue Lacanche range.
The powder room is decorated with the Galbraith and Paul ‘Persian Garden’ wallpaper.
In the master bedroom, the headboard is made from the Schumacher ‘Citrus Garden’ fabric.
The master bathroom features a freestanding bath in front of the window, a vanity table, and a separate shower. A subtle color accent has been added with the green wallpaper.
The nursery for Emma’s daughter Louise is decorated with the ‘Eden’ wallpaper from Clarence House.
