A Pink and Yellow Scandinavian Apartment

When you think of Scandinavian interiors, you probably don’t instantly think of color. But there are colorful Scandinavian homes and today I want to share this lovely pink and yellow apartment.

This wonderful one bedroom is located in a district of Sweden’s capital city Stockholm. And there are no white walls in this apartment of 55 square meter.

Pink and yellow are the main colors in this apartment, but the home also rocks a lilac hallway and grey/blue cabinets.

The light living room is painted in a light pink shade, even the ceiling is painted pink. Combined with the pink walls is a mustard yellow sofa and pink and yellow curtains.

The open cabinets are IKEA Eket cabinets.

Central in the living room is a brick fireplace which is also painted pink. Together with the wooden floor this is a wonderful warm and colorful room.

The kitchen has recently been renovated and the entire kitchen walls ánd cabinets are painted in a light yellow shade.

The master bedroom will divide people. You either love the wood panels or you hate it. The wall that isn’t paneled and the ceiling are painted in the same pink shade as the living room.

And just like the living room the pink color is combined with yellow curtains and a yellow bedspread.
