A Small Apartment Decorated in a Light Gray & White Color Palette

Next to the Kronobergsparken in Stockholm lies this charming small apartment with high ceilings, classy interiors, and a spacious balcony facing the courtyard. The 37 square meter apartment is decorated in a light gray and white color scheme, creating stylish spaces that feel calm and relaxing.

The apartment was built in 1884, and the high ceilings, large windows, and high baseboards are testament to that. The small apartment has an open-plan living space with a renovated kitchen and a spacious bedroom with a small home office that also gives access to the balcony.

The apartment is only small, but there is a nice sense of space in all the rooms thanks to the high ceilings and large windows. In the living room, the large window overlooks the park.

The sofa has been placed under the window, so you have a nice view of the park. The lovely striped ottoman is the Flora Ottoman by Meli Meli.

The light gray walls make the period woodwork stand out wonderfully. It is paired with a classic wooden floor.

The kitchen was recently renovated, pairing classic light gray cabinets with brass knobs and a dark wooden countertop. The wall scones are from Markslöjd Menton.

The same light gray color palette continues into the bedroom. The room is pretty spacious and has large wardrobes and a tiny home office.

The home office is a great example of what to do with an awkward niche. The walls here is angled and custom fitted shelves create a smart work area.

The hall is probably my favorite area in the house. The floor is covered with the same black and white tiles as the bathroom and the walls are painted in a beautiful old pink shade.

The apartment is listed at Tradition.
