A Swedish Apartment with a Tiny Terracotta Brown Bedroom
If you’re looking for small apartment inspiration you’ve come to the right place. Today, I want to share a small 35-square-meter apartment in Stockholm with you. Despite the small size, this home feels inviting and charming.
The apartment has an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen, and with light coming in from two directions, the rooms are light-filled. The apartment features some original elements that add character and the mild and soft colors create a cozy ambiance.
Despite the small size of the apartment, the living room is big enough for a comfortable sitting area and a separate dining space.
The white walls and light wooden floor are paired with subtle color accents like green, pink, and terracotta.
Most colors that are used in the apartment are calm and natural, but for the dining chairs the owners opted for a nice bold yellow.
The kitchen is small but well-planned. On one side are the original cabinets.
The bedroom is tiny, but it’s just wide enough for a double bed. The most striking feature in this room, and perhaps the entire apartment, is the warm terracotta paint color on the walls. It creates such a wonderful, warm atmosphere.
The small hallway is fitted with shelves and three original cabinets that offer plenty of storage space.
