The Modern SoHo Duplex of Shoe Designer Brian Atwood

Usually I gravitate more towards Scandinavian & vintage homes. But every now and then I see a sleek modern home that just wows me. The SoHo home of shoe designer Brian Atwood and his husband Dr. Jake Deutsch is one of those modern homes that I absolutely love.

This ‘townhouse in the sky’ (as Brian & Jake call it) is located in a former chocolate factory (yummie!). The monochrome colour palette is complimented with amazing photography throughout the home.

And not just the indoors is wonderful, the home has more than 2,000 sq. feet of plant-filled outdoor terraces which is not something you come across often in New York. I think I’m in love.
