A Tiny London Apartment with Refined Materials and Colors

On the second floor of a coverted Victorian pub in London, you will find a lovely apartment with beautiful color accents and materials. The 35.6 sq meter / 383 sq ft apartment may be small, but thanks to smart solutions and large windows that light up the rooms, it has everything you need.

The small apartment is located in the old Duke of Clarence pub. The building’s exterior shows the Victorian façade that shows its 19th-century origins. But indoors the apartments have a contemporary look.

Despite the small size, the apartment has a generous kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy seating area in the open plan living space. The bathroom has a shower ánd a bath, and the bedroom is fitted with plenty of storage thanks to custom wardrobes.

Instead of cluttering up the small space with many firnite pieces, the owners opted for a large ochre yellow corner sofa in the alcove that also features bookshelves and the television. The large round mirror reflects light.

The living room has three Queen Anne-style sash windows which makes the space light and airy.

The kitchen has timber cabinets that are painted in a light but warm shade. The kitchen has marbled quartz worktops, a butler sink, and a 24-carat gold-plated boiling water tap from Quooker.

The bathroom oozes luxury with marbled porcelain tiles, brushed brass fittings, a floating vanity, and a rain-style head over a large bathtub.

In the bedroom they made the most of the limited space. The room is big enough for a king-sized bed which is enclosed by walnut cabinets with bed light niches.
