A Victorian House in London with Three Outdoor Spaces

This Victorian house in London has recently been renovated and extended by A-Zero Architects into a spacious family home where historic elements meet modern architecture. What also sets this townhouse apart is the three outdoor spaces that have been created during the renovation work. There is an internal courtyard, a paved rear garden, and a rooftop terrace with views of the surroundings.

The combination of original elements and modern additions in this home is wonderful. The Victorian part of the house is home to the dining room and kitchen, while the extension houses the living room. Usually, when a historic house is extended, you see that the kitchen is placed in the extension, so it’s nice to see it the other way around.

Upstairs is a master suite with a dressing room and a bathroom, and there are three more bedrooms and an extra bathroom, so it’s perfect for a family.
