A Serene Summer House in Sweden

Ellos is a Swedish store that sells interior, fashion, and beauty products. This summer, they decorated a beautiful summer house with new decor items that I’d like to share with you.

This new Ellos collection is for all of us who want to bring a little more summer into the home – whether that is an actual summer house or your apartment or house where you spend your free time in the summer months. 

While some home stores, f.e. H&M Home, have opted for a lot of colors in their summer collection. Ellos opted for calm neutrals and loads of natural materials. I truly love this serene rustic look, especially for a summer house where you want to relax and recharge.

You can create a warm summer house look with layered textiles in calm color tones. A jute rug on the floor adds a natural element, and make sure you fill your home with plants and flowers.

Create beautiful plays of light on the walls with sheer curtains, and shut out the sunlight when you need to.

Rust and terracotta tones are definitely trending right now, this checkered tablecloth adds a warm color accent to your kitchen.
