A Tribeca Loft in a Former Caviar Warehouse by Andrew Franz

It’s been a slow week in terms of new interior inspiration due to Thanksgiving and also the upcoming holiday season. So I went through my Pinterest and while I was going through my archive I came across this amazing Tribeca loft that I posted years ago but never here on The Nordroom, so I thought I could share this wonderful space with you.

The loft is located in a former 19th century caviar warehouse in Tribeca, New York. The loft is designed by Andrew Franz architect and they managed to combine the old historic architecture with new design elements in a truly wonderful way.

The wooden beams have been carefully restored and they used reclaimed materials in combination with new steel elements and a glass roof to bring in natural light. There’s also a wonderful green roof terrace with gorgeous views over New York City. Sounds pretty perfect doesn’t it?
