A Warm Christmas Home in a Former Dutch Vicarage
I have a nice renovation for you today! Marjolein and Jankees restored an old vicarage in a small Dutch village into a warm family home where their love for old materials is very visible.
It took them 4 years to renovate the building and luckily some old elements returned while they were doing this. A beautiful wooden floor resurfaced when they peeled away the old carpet, the en-suite doors were (luckily) kept in the shed by the former owner and in the dining room they came across the old green wood paneling.
The decoration in the home is a lovely combination of vintage items with modern design. And I love the pink walls in the living room, it brings so much warmth to the room.
