Actor David Harbour’s New York Loft Apartment

Actor David Harbour searched for a long while for the perfect New York apartment. He knew what he wanted; a loft apartment in Manhattan.

After years of searching he found this space in Nolita, which wasn’t much to look at when he bought it. Together with Kyle O’Donnell of Gramercy Design did they redesign this old building to suit David’s wishes.

The goal was to recreate the charm of a vintage New York City loft but with modern touches. The result is a beautiful light space that feels personal and very stylish.
