A Wooden Summerhouse With Views Over The Danish Countryside
One thing I always notice in Scandinavia is how much they love to be close to nature (no matter the weather). So a lot of Scandinavians have a small summerhouse to escape life in the city and be surrounded by nature.
This black summerhouse in Liseleje, Denmark belongs to Lene Prahm and her husband Toke. They built this little house in black wood and with large windows to bring in as much natural light and to enjoy the surrounding nature no matter where you are in the house.
Inside they mainly used natural materials like pinewood, linen and rattan to keep that natural vibe going inside the house as well. It is such a lovely bright and calm space and it must be wonderful to escape citylife and enjoy nature this way!
