An Eclectic Washington Townhouse with Colorful Touches
This monday I posted a lovely vibrant home designed by Zoe Feldman and I’ve come across another one of her projects which is equally lovely. The home is a historic townhouse in Washington and again is this home you’ll also find nice colorful touches.
The home had been bought by developers who wanted to modernize the space, but a young couple put a stop to that and they hired Zoe Feldman to bring back the historic character of the home. The home is filled with eclectic design, wonderful art and colorful touches.
The home feels modern and classic at the same time and personally I’m very glad they managed to put a stop to the modernization of this property, what a shame that would have been!
An ochre velvet sofa by Kara Mann for Baker adds a cheerful colorful touch to this otherwise neutral colored living room.
No more boring powder rooms. This small space has been painted in Farrow and Ball’s Blancha and decorated with art and a stunning marble sink.
The master bedroom has been decorated with a wonderful green William Morris wallpaper and the window seat (with underneath storage) adds a nice sitting area to the bedroom.
