Colorful Touches and Plants in a Scandinavian Apartment

It’s a myth that Scandinavians don’t like color in their interiors. Although when the Scandinavian style really captured the rest of the world it was mainly the white minimalistic style that you saw a lot.

But Scandinavian do like color, if you’ve ever been to Sweden you’ve seen all the colorful houses and the interiors really aren’t all monochrome and minimalistic. There is certainly plento of color in this apartment in Stockholm.

The living room has a neutral grey on the walls but the colorful art, a blue sofa and colorful fabrics make this space very vibrant. The blue tones continue in the kitchen with blue cabinets and also the bedroom is a blue haven. Add in a bit of pink in the hallway and you create a wonderful cheerful home.
