A deVOL Kitchen with Butter Yellow Cabinets

I’m seeing more and more yellow in interiors and I couldn’t be happier. After all, The Nordroom has named yellow as one of the Color Trends for 2023.

This deVOL Kitchen combines a buttery yellow shade with brown/purple, greige, and off-white. It’s the perfect example of a light white/neutral base with warm color accents.

The owners of this London home combined cabinets from the Classic English range with a Shaker style kitchen island. Sitting snug in the bay window stands a round wooden dining table with classic Wishbone chairs. This kitchen is timeless and original.

The spacious bright kitchen has Classic English kitchen cabinets on both sides with a glazed Shaker-style kitchen island in the center. The old fireplace mantel is the perfect space for a classic cooker.

The open cabinets on both side of the cooker are perfect for displaying your favorite pieces of tableware.

The glazed kitchen island is painted in a warm purple/brown shade. Above the island hangs the Heirloom Gaselier Light by deVOL.

Al four colors come together is this kitchen nook. The soft yellow and purple/brown from the cabinets together with off-white limewash walls and greige glass pantry doors.

On the other side of the kitchen stand more Classic English cabinets with a simple butler sink.

Perfect for displaying pots and pans is the brass hanging rails.

As the kitchen is located below street level it’s essential to bring in as much natural light as you can. The owners tore down a brick wall and installed this wooden-framed glazed screen. It creates privacy but it still brings in light.
