It was important to preserve the historical elements in this home so the exposed brick wall, wooden beams and original windows all remained. The floorplan of the apartment however was completely overturned to create large rooms perfect for socializing.

This apartment is a wonderful combination of classic elements like the historic details but also the herringbone floor together with modern design elements in the art and tilework in the bathroom.
