A couple of weeks ago I featured a Victorian warehouse conversion and today I will share another converted warehouse with you. The former warehouse stands in the London district Hoxton, and it’s not just the apartment that’s amazing. The residents of the Long & Waterson community have access to a library, cinema, sauna, steam room and sundeck. Sounds good right?
Besides these perks, the home itself is also wonderful. Like in many warehouse conversions the home has large windows which flood the spaces with natural light.
The bright apartment is decorated with a mixture of modern design classics such as a Gubi Pacha chair, a Faye Toogood Roly Poly chair, and an Aspund dining table. It’s a wonderful space filled with beautiful design pieces, plants, and art.
The current owner removed a sliding screen to open up the living space. By sofa is placed in the center of the room creating a natural division between sitting and kitchen area.
The modern black and white kitchen is made of Poliform Varenna cabinets. These are combined with Caesarstone quartz countertop and backsplash. I like that they opted for open shelves on either side of the upper cabinets. It gives a more spacious feel to the kitchen.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a spacious room with large windos and loads of plants.
I think a fashion lover lives in this house. They created a spacious wardrobe area with Gubi chair and Gubi mirror in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom is now used as a guest room and home office.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and includes a lovely green terrace.
This warehouse conversion is currently for sale at The Modern House.
