A Beautiful Tudor House in Los Feliz
Residential developer Jordan Bakva has recently finished the design of this 1930s English Tudor-style house in Los Feliz. And while this home is only minutes from Hollywood, due to its secluded setting amidst oak and pine trees this feels a milion miles away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles.
Jordan has combined the historic Tudor-style elements with vintage and modern furnishings. And the natural colors are combined with vibrant pops in the artwork.

On the ground floor you will find a warm European oak chevron flooring which is combined with custom hand-finished lime wash walls.
One the ground floor are two living rooms, but this is the main sitting room with a splendid large fireplace.
The kitchen is the epitome of style with dark blue kitchen cabinets and Calacatta Viola marble worktops.
The custom steel doors in the kitchen lead to the wonderful garden.
The second living room is combined with a dining room. I like the combination of shaped in this living room.
Old and new combined, the oval dining table is surrounded by Pierre Jeanneret chairs. While an antique mirror flanks one side and a modern art piece on the other.
The original wood-paneled library is the perfect home office.
The powder room is entirely wallpaper in Midnight Garden by House of Hackney (even the ceiling)
The master bathroom is spectacular with a large shower with green tiles and a marble bench. The marble returns in the sink.
The toilet in the master bathroom also has House of Hackney wallpaper (Zeus in Eau de Nil).
The garden has several seating areas and a swimming pool. With all the greenery surrounding the garden it is very private and very beautiful.
