A White Scandinavian Apartment With A Sleek Dark Grey Kitchen
When most people think about Scandinavian interior they think it’s only white decor which definitely isn’t true (just take a look at all the Scandinavian homes this blog has posted, it’s more than white and sleek) but in today’s post I will show you the white Scandinavian look.
This early 20th-century apartment in Sweden has been given a complete make-over and now it’s a light and modern dream home that also still has its original features. The white base is combined with soft beige and sand tones but the real eye-catcher of the home is the sleek dark grey kitchen island in a room with high ceilings that still have the original crown moldings.
I love the robust statement this kitchen makes in the otherwise light-colored apartment. There are two bedrooms, one with a lovely curved exposed brick wall which gives it such a nice raw touch. Scandinavian style never fails to inspire me and this home is just lovely.
